“‘Feeding a Notion’ A visualization of how my brain works. The little flying ferry represents an idea or a notion, that is feeding on my experiences, while the bunny (the driver of the ship) looks on as an interloper is spotted.
I had a great time planning and executing this one and I’m pretty happy with how it came out!”
Honorable Mention
“This little sculpture is a representation of my journey towards self-acceptance as someone who battles chronic depression.
I have struggled with knowing that my brain is different and that I have needed to take medication for many years.
Even though I have brokenness, I can still live and embrace both the broken parts and the whole parts, through the grace of God.”
