6/7 of our budget goes to our staff for their hard work
Very few artists are able to do this job!
Our staff have an unusual set of highly specialized skills and expertise in their art fields, as well as in technology, communications, and remote teaching.
Our staff all maintain a robust studio practice that is lively and active, with careers that are relevant and up to date with various art fields.
They need to have a personality that is warm and approachable, but also professional and focused. We engage in discussions on difficult and challenging topics, but we are also willing to be total goofballs as needed.
We are incredibly lucky to have our staff!! I am so grateful everyday for what they do to keep our global art community safe and inclusive.
